Some time ago, God showed me in a dream:
I was in a campground sharing the Word of God at our campsite; I turned and saw people coming down the road toward me from every direction. Each of the people coming to our campsite was carrying their own folding chair; people were gathering to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
From that time on, I knew that I had heard from God, and at some point we would be involved in campground ministry. Bring Your Own Chair (BYOC), is the result of the dream that God showed me. Our desire is to provide Church services, and bible studies at campgrounds around the country, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with a community of people that typically will not be in a "traditional" church building on any given weekend. BYOC Campground Ministry takes the Word of God and a worship experience to them, in a place where they are most comfortable, and open to receive.
Sunday is a major travel day for the RVing community; we will gather most often on Saturday's to accommodate the people that God has called us to. If you find that you are in the same location that we are, please feel free to join us; look for our sign or a flyer with the service time and remember to
"Bring Your Own Chair".
We will also send out invitations through (RVillage), with our service times and meeting location.
